REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES

ALL LEVELS HATHA

-All levels, come just as you are. 

-Explore timeless techniques of breath, asana and relaxation in an empowering and non competitive environment.

MEDITATIVE YOGA

-Release deep held tension & cultivate resilience through long posture holds 

-Explore various mindfulness & meditation techniques to help relieve stress and increase overall well-being

-Classes always begin with pranayama (yogic breathing) followed by an all levels asana (posture) flow, meditation and relaxation. 

-All levels of experience are welcome. 

SLOW FLOW WORKOUT

Build more heat with less resting time than gentle or meditative

-Enjoy a safe, stable and empowering workout that builds strength and endurance

-Each class begins with invigorating pranayama (breathing) followed by creative variations of sun salutations, and ends with relaxation. 

-This is a non-competitive class and some yoga experience/ body awareness is recommended, though not required.

GENTLE YOGA

-A nurturing and accessible yoga class meant to soothe, strengthen and open the body. 

-Open to all levels, classes consist of simple pranayama (breathing), accessible asana (postures) and guided meditation/relaxation. 

-Suitable for any level and if you are recovering from illness or injury.

PRENATAL YOGA

-Connect with your body, your baby & other moms-to-be. 

-Yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation & relaxation are ideal ways to experience your pregnancy and prepare for delivery. 

-Mom’s will have time to share at the beginning of class and learn techniques to manage stress and strong sensation. 

-Prenatal yoga helps improve posture, energy level, balance & circulation. It strengthens muscles in preparation for birth, enhances sleep and eases lower back, neck and shoulder pain.

 

ELEMENTAL YOGA CLASS SERIES

Learn the practice of yoga from the ground up. Each 8 week series is an in-depth look at Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation techniques within the Hatha yoga tradition.

 Students register for all 8 classes for each level at a time.

Elemental Series Level 1

Next Session: Oct 21- Dec 9 Mondays 5:45-7:00 pm

-Great for beginners or those looking to go back to basics.

-A detailed look at fundamental yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation techniques.

-Connect with body, mind and heart. Learn about basic anatomy and how to fit poses to your body, not body to pose.

-Learn some basic yogic concepts and history. 

-8 Classes. Open to all levels. 

Elemental Series Level 2

-Journey further into yoga learning! Study more postures, breath and meditation techniques in depth.

-Now that you have a foundation in the practice of yoga, explore more challenging Asana (postures) in a safe and stable way.

-Connect with body, mind and heart. Learn about basic anatomy and how to fit poses to your body, not body to pose.

-Empowers students with the knowledge they need to practice yoga in a way that is safe and transformative for their bodies. 

-8 Classes. Open to all levels but ideal for those who have completed Level 1
