Yoga is part of my medicine. As someone who has always struggled with anxiety, I was drawn to yoga for the way that it helped me quiet my busy mind. I started practicing in college 20 years ago and 10 years ago I knew I wanted to share what had brought me so much healing and joy. I love sharing yoga with people and seeing the way it can help improve mind, body and spirit. I look forward to practicing with you!
