“I can’t live this way anymore!”...this is what I said to myself every day as I sat in the bottom of the showered and cried. I knew my life was not working but I couldn’t figure out why. I liked my job, I liked my house, I liked teaching yoga, I liked my kids, yet I didn’t feel satisfied. I didn’t realize the marriage, that was supposed to be the glue holding it all together was unraveling.

As I unwound my expectations of what I though I wanted out of life, I realized I needed more. More connection, more love, more deep conversations, just more! After a quick divorce, I was able to create the space I needed to bring my life into balance.

I was able to dive into my yoga journey with full force. I found I have a LOT of force! I now live in my strength all the time. In fact, I can’t turn it off! I want to show you this process. Take the time to retreat with me to come back to balance through the five elements and the chakras.
