Join us for the first inaugural alternative triathlon: Tri 108!
Event held at the historic Jack Jouett House-225 Craigs Creek Road, Versailles, KY 40383
We will start with a one hour vinyasa yoga flow to get you ready for the trails.
Followed by a gun shot start 5K trail run through beautiful Woodford County, KY.
We will end with the third event-a guided meditation in the meadow.
Come to run, practice yoga or meditate or just enjoy the festivities of the day. Food trucks, vendors, and a healing tent are open throughout the event.

Join me for this two hour workshop on "How to Create the Life you Want" thorugh journaling. Your own journal is included, but please bring your writing utensils of choice. I prefer colored pens and you will learn why. This is a step by step approach to manifesting your best life.
