I teach Vinyasa yoga at Elemental Yoga and Wellness. I have been practicing yoga as a student since 2010, and completed my RYT200 hour training through Homegrown Yoga in 2020. I love the practice of yoga; it remains a consistent and steady space in my busy life. I personally apply principles of yoga to everything from parenting (breathing! mindfulness!) to riding dressage (relax, but tighten your core!). I think the practice of yoga truly offers something for everyone. I encourage students to embrace their practices as their own, and to honor that a practice may look or feel very different from one day to the next. As a teacher, I am grateful to be a guide on that journey. My favorite aspect of teaching is sharing the enthusiasm I have for yoga and creating interesting and challenging flow sequences that integrate strength and flexibility. I look forward to sharing yoga with you. Favorite pose: Crow, Hardest pose (for me): Savasana “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, and that’s why we call it the present.” - Eleanor Roosevelt
